Shipping and Returns

Please note that it usually takes 3-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, stock levels and the selected parcel service. We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however we cannot accept responsibility for any delays.

Returns and Return Policy

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us of your return by email by contacting us at info@favavenue.de . In your email, please include your name, address, email address, order number and reason for return. We will get back to you as soon as possible to give you further return instructions.

The return must be sent no later than 12 days after receipt of the goods. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. Proof of shipment is required and must be provided to us. Due to hygiene reasons, the return of SWIMWEAR is not possible. We ask for your understanding.

customs duties

Any customs fees or import duties are not included in the purchase price and must be borne by the buyer. These fees vary by country and are collected directly by the local customs authorities.
